The JUMINIMAT can provide a complete grinding of cutting tools. This machine integrates loading systems that provide flexible and productive grinding of cutting tools radius between 1mm and 8 mm made from HSS or carbide.
The abrasives for HSS tools are made of corundum or CBN. The abrasives for tungsten carbide tools are diamond grinding wheels.

The JUMINIMAT has a persuasive grinding technology. Precision tools are entirely made from solid blanks. The instruments can be ground either unsupported or have a tailstock support. If more support is necessary it can be used a swiveling steady.
The grinding spindle can be set up to 4 different grinding wheels. The grinding spindle head have a capability to be swivelled 53° to the left and 105° to the right. The CNC controls the height and the horizontal adjustment, axial infeed of the grinding wheels and the swivel actions and workpiece drives.
